Politicians are always in the spotlight after cases of
natural disasters because they are ever quick to declare their heroic spending
plans to rebuild what the foolish have lost with crisp tax dollars.
Only the foolish man builds his house on the sands of a
costal ticking time bomb that is sure to detonate every so often, and although
this trend is proven, they still refuse to listen.
Why should they when the government will write them a check
to ‘rebuild what has been lost’ when in reality, it is the tax payers money
that is lost and the fool that left unchecked.
Matthew 7:24-27 “Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them
will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock. And
the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house,
but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock. And
everyone who hears these words of mine and does not do them will be like a
foolish man who built his house on the sand. And the rain fell, and the
floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell, and
great was the fall of it.”
