Proverbs 16:4 “The
Lord has made everything for its purpose, even the wicked for the day
of trouble.”
All creation praises the Lord, all including the wicked, but
the wicked do not bring glory to God through their actions, themselves, or
their folly that God endures with much patience before their destruction.
Proverbs 16:4 specifically says that the destruction of the
wicked is their purpose which God has prepared for them because of their sin
against God and their rejection of Christ sacrifice.
In the destruction of the wicked, God makes known His glory
to the righteous and that is how the wicked fit into Psalms 145:10.
Psalm 145:10 “All your works shall give thanks to you, O Lord, and
all your saints shall bless you!”
Romans 9:22-23 “What if God,
desiring to show his wrath and to make known his power, has endured with much
patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, in order to make known the riches of his glory for vessels of mercy,
which he has prepared beforehand for glory—“
