75-10 When did God decide to give us eternal life?

Ephesians 1:4-5 “Even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love he predestined us for adoption as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will,”

Christians are the elect, the chosen vessels of honor and Atheists, Muslims, Buddhists, and all those who would not repent are the vessels destined for destruction (we have established this in 75-2 & 75-9).
Although this sounds unjust to some, God knows all and He knew before the creation of the world those that would accept Him and those that would reject Him; this does not undermine the ultimate choice we have to accept Jesus, the one and only begotten Son of God, as our Lord and savior, or even the small everyday choices we make like whether to read our Bible.
We still need to make the right decisions    just because God knows everything does not mean everything is good or permissible    and we most certainly still need to hold out the word of God with a heart of compassion to those walking in darkness.

Isaiah 46 “The end from the beginning and from ancient times things not yet done, saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, and I will accomplish all my purpose,’”

Matthew 25:32-41 “Before him will be gathered all the nations, and he will separate people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.  And he will place the sheep on his right, but the goats on the left.  Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.’…..“Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.”
