Matthew 5:16 “In the same way, let your light
shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory
to your Father who is in heaven.”
Our light is meant to be an example and an encouragement to
unbelievers that they may see our good works and give praise to our Heavenly
Father.
I few weeks ago I heard Willie Robertson from the TV show Duck Dynasty
give the account of a very wealthy man coming to Christ because he saw that
Willie had something different from other people and he wanted to know more
about it (this was before the TV show).
Wherever we are, God can use us to bring hope to the people around us
and His life into the hearts of the broken, many times without us being aware
of it.
