A successfully misleading cover-up in the American education
system is the pride they take in their wonderful universities that are known
for there excellence across the globe, the only catch is, not all Americans are
not up to par with there high standards or demanding classes, especially in the
more challenging degrees like math, engineering, and physics.
When you actually look at the numbers, you find that four
fifths of American students are awarded Ph.D.s and in the physical sciences
they earned less than half the Ph.D.s, but not all Americans are necessarily
from America; 22% of the doctorates earned in engineering go to Asian
Americans.
The American education system is failing but few are willing
to admit it, some will admit it needs change like Obama and many other
politicians that see an opportunity for peoples favor or control over future
voters, but there is very little changing for the better in this system.
*Note to Parents* Home school your children. It will be one of the finest decisions
you ever made for them.
